Most skin advice starts with a look and a guess. This starts with a scan.
Your skin is photographed with the Observ 520X, which uses ten different light modes to show what’s sitting beneath the surface — sun damage that hasn’t shown up yet, congestion, pigment, dehydration, how your skin is behaving at depth. You see every image on the screen as we go, and we talk through what each one is telling us. Most people have never seen their own skin like this.
It’s a consultation, not a treatment. No facial is included and nothing is performed on the day. The whole hour goes on understanding your skin, so that whatever you do next is the right thing — and you leave with a personal prescription and plan: what’s driving your concern, what to treat and in what order, what to use at home, and just as importantly what to stop using.
Who you’ll be with. Kellie has been working with skin since 2003, holds undergraduate certificates in dermal science and nutrition and in cosmetic advisory, and is completing an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy). It’s the difference between someone who can recommend a product and someone who can tell you why your skin is doing what it’s doing.
