Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via phone or online. To ensure you are able to book your requested day & time, we encourage clients to book in advance.

Bookings for treatments over two hours will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.

We recommend you arrive ten minutes prior to your appointment to receive the most from your treatment time. Late arrival will unfortunately shorten treatment time, and full price will apply for the time originally booked. 24 hours notice is requested and appreciated if cancelling an appointment. A missed appointment fee may apply for late cancelations including last-minute change of mind appointments without prior notice. Longer appointments will require a non-refundable 50% deposit.

We accept EFTPOS and major credit cards. AMEX and cheques are not accepted.
